Coaching is helpful if you feel:

  • Stalled in pursuit of your dreams/goals (you keep hitting the same barriers over and over again)

  • Directionless - you have a passion to excel in life, but you’re not sure what that looks like or how to get there

  • Overwhelmed by transition and need help navigating your next steps

  • Unsure how to practically move forward with your dreams and goals

  • Your coach will ask powerful questions to help you determine practical steps for moving towards your goals and dreams. Together, you’ll uncover and address any barriers that are keeping you from the life you want to have.

    If you’re unsure exactly what your calling is, then your coach can help you with this too!

  • Coaching is a future-focused, process-based service. It’s meant for relatively healthy individuals who are excited to uncover their destiny and move towards their dreams and goals. You and your coach will typically meet on a consistent basis for a period of time.

    Sozo, however, is a gentle deliverance and inner-healing ministry that’s not process-based; sessions are scheduled on an as-needed basis. The focus of a Sozo session is reconnecting you to God in any areas of disconnect and past pain, so that you can gain freedom from any spiritual and/or emotional root issues that are hindering you.

  • Counseling and coaching are both process-based services where you’ll likely meet with your minister on a consistent basis for a period of time.

    Coaching is a future-focused service. A coach will ask powerful questions to help you uncover your desires and help you determine a plan to move forward with whatever goal, dream, or transition

    Counseling, however, is typically focused on processing past or current pain and working through healing.

  • Plan to meet with your coach on a consistent basis for a period of time. In your first session, you and your coach will determine a plan. Sessions are most often scheduled biweekly.
