Intake Process for Students
We’re working with your RGPs and mentors to serve you well and ensure you have a great experience.

All currently enrolled Bethel students (of BSSM, BSSM Online, and BSSM Freedom Course) with an assigned RGP/Mentor/Overseer (not alumni) are eligible for an exclusive student discount at the Transformation Center (TC).
By default, you will not be processed as a student and will be charged the normal $115 appointment cost. To receive the optional Bethel Student discounts, we ask you to sign a Release of Information form authorizing your current Bethel school team (RGP/Mentor and administrative personnel). This does not enable them to make changes to your account but to discuss and receive existing account information (session notes, etc.) with/from us when needed to better serve you during your school journey.
Releasing your information to your RGP will reduce your standard* session rate to $85.
*Standard sessions include general Sozos, counseling, and coaching.
Specialty services with non-standard pricing will be reduced to the prices below:
-Couples Sozo (1.5 hr session; Normally $125; $100 for students/staff)
-Financial Sozos for Individuals (50-min. session; Normally $175; $125 for students)
-Financial Sozos for Couples (1.5 hr. session; Normally $200; $175 for students)
-Joint Sozo (1.5 hr session; Normally $125; $100 for students/staff)
-Video Art Sozos (2 hr session; Normally $125; $100 for students/staff; clients required to bring additional supplies)
-Limbic Release Sozo (1.5 hr session; Normally $150; $125 for students/staff)
If your RGP sends you to the Transformation Center AND scholarships a portion or all of the cost, then BSSM will cover a portion of your session(s), up to $85. If your RGP/mentor has discussed partially or fully scholarship your session with the TC, you are responsible for ensuring that the TC has received a completed recommendation form from your RGP/mentor. If this recommendation form isn’t received before your appointment, then you’ll be charged the full appointment cost. We recommend confirming that our office has received the recommendation form on your behalf before scheduling an appointment with us since the Bethel schools do not offer reimbursements for sessions at the TC.
Please note that some of our ministers/services may not be available to see clients at a discounted rate. If a specific staff member or service is your priority, you are welcome to pay our standard rates.
Duration of Discount:
-Your discounts will expire after you graduate or are no longer enrolled in the current year of BSSM that you indicated in your forms. Please request a new Release if the student section of your old Release form is outdated and therefore expired. Contact our admin office once you've completed the form so that we may apply applicable discounts to your future sessions.
Intake Process for Staff
We’re excited to work with you, serve you as you serve our Bethel family, and ensure you have a transformational experience.
All current Bethel Staff are eligible for an exclusive staff discount at the Transformation Center (TC) for $85/standard session. You also will receive discounts on our speciality services. By default, you will not be processed as a staff member and must complete the following steps in order to receive the discount. If not, you will be charged the standard $115 appointment cost.
In order to opt into this discount, please provide your job title, supervisor, and department name on your intake forms where prompted.
If your department is paying for your session, please authorize them for billing permissions in your Release and/or Intake form.
Please note: Once you've released them, we must receive confirmation from your department and set up your gifted sessions before any credits/gifts can be applied. If you book sessions prior to those steps taking place, your card on file will be auto-charged.
